Peter has a great style in the store and at shows, but he has found his stride interviewing others on fishing. His episode with Bob Popovic covers an amazing era. While flies and materials change, the story of the Love of the Bite is universal. He has a self effacing interview style that puts his guest at ease. And he knows when to listen to let an answer develop.
Thank you for taking the time to get these stories recorded and out for others to enjoy.
Good material but choppy editing, and the interviewing needs work. Saying yes mhmm after every question asked, as if the answer to the question was already known gets old quick.
The podcasts topics are really insightful and give the listener a lot to chew on and develop into their own fishing regimen. Would love to if possible, have tyer, photographer, and writer Dave Skok as a guest on the podcast!
Simply a fantastic listen. We are all truly ignorant in so many ways, but listening to Jenks and his guests helps make us all a little smarter about the surprising complex sport we love. Thank you for doing this podcast SWE, and thank you for the March plug shows!
Great guests (and host!), interesting questions/ conversations. Always learn something. Thanks for doing this
