  • Drone on

I use to be a listener for years. I got away and recently came back. Lots of droning on with stories and the latest episode with Mali was just Tim babbling on with her chiming in one or two words. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she was as bored as I was.Have to unsubscribe and maybe come back again in 6 months.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

S21 Ep100: CSI Paranormal: Motive, Method, and the Macabre w/Dr. Peter Andrew Sacco
Q: What's a good indicator that a haunting isn't real or is over?
If, after a thorough, multi‑modal investigation, there's no corroborating evidence across sources and the baseline owner/historian accounts don't align with any observed phenomena, that lack of evidence can be a strong indicator that the haunting claim isn't supported.
S21 Ep100: CSI Paranormal: Motive, Method, and the Macabre w/Dr. Peter Andrew Sacco
Q: What's the main thing you think investigators are doing wrong when they go into a case?
They're starting with a level of expectation and letting that bias shape what they think they see or hear; a cold, unbiased approach is essential to avoid self‑fulfilling prophecies.
S21 Ep88: The Metaphysics of UFOs: Mothman, Men In Black, Multiple Dimensions, and The Search For The Truth w/Dr. Jonathan Kendall
Q: Do you think there is a meaningful distinction between physical crafts and non-physical, extradimensional manifestations in the UFO phenomenon?
Yes, I think there can be bridging points where physical artifacts coexist with experiences that are spiritual or dimensional in nature, suggesting a spectrum rather than a strict dichotomy.
S21 Ep88: The Metaphysics of UFOs: Mothman, Men In Black, Multiple Dimensions, and The Search For The Truth w/Dr. Jonathan Kendall
Q: How reliable is hypnotic regression in reconstructing abduction memories, and what safeguards should researchers use?
Hypnotic regression can uncover memories, but it is vulnerable to confabulation and investigator bias; thus, findings should be corroborated with external evidence and skeptical, methodical scrutiny.
S21 Ep88: The Metaphysics of UFOs: Mothman, Men In Black, Multiple Dimensions, and The Search For The Truth w/Dr. Jonathan Kendall
Q: What made you decide to explore the different theories—extraterrestrial, extradimensional, and spiritual—rather than focusing on one side?
I wanted a balanced perspective that considers the full spectrum of data points, showing how evidence can point to multiple interpretations while acknowledging that a single theory may not capture the whole truth.
