  • Sadly going downhill

I’ve LOVED this podcast for years but sadly the ads are out of control, the content is getting less and less diverse and there’s a ton of focus on pop culture and movies rather than telling people’s personal stories. I hope it returns to its former glory someday!

  • Great Show!

Great show and I love Shannon, but can we get a little more variety? Every other show is about damn Sasquatch. Boooring. My least favorite paranormal subject.

  • Great show

Been listening for about 2 years, playing catchup on old episodes while listening to the weekly new ones. I like Shannon’s interview style. Let’s people talk, asks questions without being intrusive and without judgement.

  • Meh

Really have never heard of Hellier? Could we be more disingenuous? Topics are ok but I’ve heard guests on this show that are falling asleep while telling their story. Maybe start a sobriety test before you start your interviews.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

iNTO THE FRAY 572 | The Serpent's Lair
Q: Can you describe the practice of turning traumatic experiences into art—what has that process meant for you?
Turning experiences into narrative and art provided therapeutic release, enabling him to process fear, paranoia, and existential questions while offering others a way to engage with high-strangeness topics through a hopeful, expansive worldview.
iNTO THE FRAY 572 | The Serpent's Lair
Q: How did your creative project begin, and how does it relate to your experiences?
He describes starting to document his experiences with ChatGPT, which helped him articulate and structure the story, ultimately inspiring The Lion of God comic and animated series as a vehicle to share spiritual awakening and the sense of the divine as intimate and present.
iNTO THE FRAY 561 | High Strange Gifford Pinchot
Q: Do you think then that they are flesh and blood? Are you fully in that camp?
I love to be on the fence. That way I can see both sides and hear people's stories, and I don't sit in one camp because there are too many variables to dismiss either possibility.
iNTO THE FRAY 548 | Bigfoot Live Stream
Q: How does the live-streaming setup work across sites like BC or PA, and can viewers contact you through the app?
Live streams run continuously and are tied to specific habituation sites; viewers can watch and eventually submit sightings which the system stores with timestamps, and there are vetting processes to avoid noise; the app also provides access to a built-in YouTube viewer and data analytics features.
iNTO THE FRAY 548 | Bigfoot Live Stream
Q: Do you go out there solo?
Yes. I have gone out solo for about a day at a time, though I usually bring others for safety and to help with setups; it's challenging and there are risks, but I push through because of the data and experiences.
