I was a teammate of Julia Hanlon’s in college and I was always amazed by all of the knowledge she had about wellness, running, and yoga. I recently started listening to her podcast again. I love hearing her conversations with Abbey Cooper, Lauren Fleshman, Kara Goucher, and more. It is great that she focuses her efforts on interviewing women. Her recent episodes on eating disorders have been especially meaningful to me and I am glad to learn from her. It’s great to reconnect with Jules and hear ... more
This is such a positive and well-made podcast!! It is my go-to for walks, runs, bike rides, and cooking!! Thank you so much for everything you do!!
Just listened to the July 2016 episode with Lauren Fleshman and Melody Moore and immediately shared it with the high school girls I coach. Such a powerful message! Thank you!
Love the authenticity and holistic approach of this podcast’s take on running, mental health, nutrition, life and more! While Julia brings on guests who can discuss running, training, fueling, etc., there are so many profound nuggets of wisdom given from conversations with guests about life and their journeys outside of running. Each episode is a testament to the power of conversation & connection even in a place like sports!
Great show!
