Q: What will you do to protect yourself this year and keep your own well-being intact while supporting others?

Back to School: A Pre-Launch Pep Talk for Coaches
Q: What are you gonna do to prioritize yourself and be able to feel like you're not kind of losing a piece of yourself as you go throughout the school year?
Tori emphasizes maintaining personal routines, carving out me-time, and protecting energy through small, meaningful rituals like a favorite morning drink, a reliable commute, and scheduling pauses to recover.
The Impact & Innovation Focus
Q: How do you frame PD to avoid the traditional sit-and-get experience?
I reframe it as an experience, with clear outcomes and a design that lets teachers practice and apply concepts during the session, including a concrete call to action.
