  • Great podcast but not best sound quality

Great podcast but the sound isn’t the best. I can barley hear the podcast especially when out running which I used to love listening to it whilst running but the sound seems to be lower

  • Too much navel gazing

I lost count of how many times the words ‘me’ and ‘I’ were mentioned. A more collaborative approach with guests would be better - it’s too much of Liz talking about Liz.
