A lot of of episodes aren repeated. It looks like there’s a lot episodes but when I startled listening to them I got disappointed because I already heard them before and worst of all a couple of times. They should have somebody to delete the repeated one.

My husband and I have been landlords since '78. We do all the management, repairs, cleanup, etc. of our units which are primarily single family homes and one condo. We've always been diligent in keeping abreast of the laws. And also, we're always fair and reasonable with everyone. So, therefore, we've rented to every type of tenant you can imagine. I love Rentprep for the advice and discussions which always seem to be based on our philosophy. FAIR and REASONABLE. And common sense. Good comm... more
