  • Great podcast!

I really enjoyed this episode of the podcast. It was truly enlightening. Fred's expertise in note investing shines through as he explains the concept of buying mortgage notes instead of properties. I learned that mortgage notes can be a great way to bypass banks and become the lender. This can be a more profitable way to invest in real estate, and it can also give you more control over the investment.

The $100M Mistake: Why Investors Confuse Market Price with Investment Value with Ryan Cadwell
Q: You talk about what you refer to as the $100 million mistake that investors make. Can you tell us what you mean by that?
