These girls are hilarious. Do they sway off topic? Sure. Are they having a good time? Definitely.
I’ve already watched the whole series twice and am an easy sell for anything DJATS but these hosts somehow make their recaps the most boring, unstructured, unorganized chit chat. Shallow and a total snooze.
I like some of the takes and content from the hosts, but they constantly giggle at stuff that isn’t very funny and it goes on for soooo long… I wish they would tone that down, it’s very annoying. And they say “like literally” at least 10 times an episode….
Really wanted to like this podcast as a fan of the books and the show. Unfortunately, the hosts come off hypercritical and joyfully mock and deride any actors, character choices, costumes, and dialogue in the show that differs from the book. This makes it really hard to enjoy as a listener. more
I like these ladies but this podcast is painful. The conversation sounds forced and stilted. The comparisons to the book would be fine except every time something is different the hosts just say "they got it wrong". They didn't get something wrong. It's an adaptation.
