Love this podcast. Brandi is an extremely smart and insightful host. Her analysis of toxic theologies (along with her guests) is always on the mark. But along with the justified anger, there is generosity and compassion. Highly recommended.
I don’t know how I have never heard “disgust psychology” before. This interview has been eye opening and has put into words so many of my feelings.
I expected more from his answers… disappointing to listen to.
This podcast has challenged me and taught me so much. I’m in the middle of deconstructing, and Brandi’s work has been monumental for me as I shift and completely re-write so many of the perspectives I was raised with. Thank you for speaking the truth boldly - your words and work are a balm and a call to be something better for this world weary soul. Thank you for giving me hope - and thank y so much for your work.
I listened to a few episodes but struggled to follow. more
