He does all he claims the doc does. In an episode he mentions the victim owns a type of jeans, a rivet from this type of Jean in found on the property seconds later, he concludes therefore they must be her jeans on the property. Yet these contradictions is what he constantly accuses the other side of. Either bad faith or bad reporting.
