The law professor does a good job explaining current topics. The female commentator
/interviewer drives me nuts. She talks like a dingbat airhead. Please, your audience has more brains than you think. Tell her to rein it in a bit.
This team puts together a very great show and I always look forward to the next episode.
Very good stuff. Listening to the episode section on filibusters. The pink tennis shoes were Wendy Davis in the Texas legislature. She went on to electoral failure running for governor. She is one of a lengthening line of failed Dems (like Francis O’Rourke.
I wish we had at least one professor this smart and objective when I was at the University of Minnesota law school. I don’t normally listen to podcasts but this was riveting.
A pretty good little podcast. Hosts ask the obvious questions nobody else seems to ask. Then answers supplied in an easy, thoughtful manner, while being fun at the same time. Thanks team!
