  • Brilliance!!

I love this podcast because it spreads such a critical message that every parent should hear, even if their children are not athletes!

I’m a mother of two young competitive athletes, one boy, one girl, and a master certified life coach so I’m very aware of how powerful our words are. Her message in this podcast is spot on for empowering our children.

I couldn’t love the authentic conversations or guests more!
