  • Deep, purposeful and effective!

Never in my life I would have thought about Varna ashrama the way you have described it! Thousands of years old principles explained eloquently in current terminology. Thank you for helping myself open up to these principles. I have a better understanding of which Varna I am. Looking forward to more episodes. 😊

Ed and B provides wonderful insights that are honest, realistic and practical in their first episode on the self esteem spectrum. As a practicing doctor, I see the wisdom they are shared as very relevant to anyone in health care and beyond.

  • Powerful perspectives on personalities!!

Ed and Bea are so great to hear from! The flow is so natural yet so systematic. In their second podcast they made a beautiful point that these personality styles are meant so that we understand why others may not do or say things like we do. This vision of empathy is so powerful! If you are interested in applying some powerful wisdom in how you see others and yourself, you gotta listen to this!

  • Fantastic!

I’ve listened to and read many books on self esteem over the years. I’ve been to many talks too. But the topics covered in the talk around self esteem and the polarising differences really make you think deeply and understand where changes could be made to oneself especially! Lastly, great to see dialogue between both genders on this topic. Do yourself and others around you a favour, listen to this!
