So much helpful information and encouragement is offered in these podcasts! I listen and then listen again. It will be difficult to catch up. I received so much more than I expected. Awareness of so many things that are connected to your health and found that I never really looked at it through that lens. I leave her podcast casts feeling better about myself and Inspired to make or continue with positive change. Thank you Alyssa for giving so much time to your audience ... more
