This podcast is at the top of my listen list. The interview line up is phenomenally smart—including the interviewer and I have learned how to think about how I use my body in new ways that don’t get it out of whack. I love the insightful tips including breast-feeding, pumping, or refraining from comparing myself to other mothers. I highly recommend this smart and insightful podcast!
This podcast offers a range of helpful topics for parents and the many benefits of the Alexander Technique through this special journey.
While listening to Sarah’s talks, I invariably experience a few moments of peace in my body and mind, even in the middle of my daily activities. Her voice is soothing and her words an invitation to try or simply think some thing that always proves to make me feel better.
It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the day to day and feel alone and overwhelmed in our parenting journey. Sarah’s interviews are warm and calming - with each one I find so much that I connect with as a parent.
Sarah's voice is so easy to listen to. She is inviting and helps the listener feel welcome. The information given is not the every day parenting advice. There is a new lens shown here that is refreshing. And, the way Sarah interviews is like being a part of a conversation with friends.

Really excited for this podcast! Sarah is a warm and insightful teacher, and I can’t wait to hear her in conversation with other parents.
There is no end of advice out there about parenting, but this is not the usual fare. Sarah is talking about the embodied reality with actual real people. Not some ideal parent that you might be, but the actual parent you are right now. So happy I have a place to send my parent friends now!
Sarah clearly knows what she’s doing! I love how she comes from a performance background and now is meshing that with her expertise / discoveries as a mom. Can’t wait to learn and grow with more episodes.
I’ve worked with Sarah one-on-one in her Alexander Technique practice and I am so excited for this podcast, especially as someone who is planning to start a family in the next year or two (and is already feeling anxious about it!). Sarah is such a thoughtful and knowledgeable expert and I know this will be filled with thoughtful conversations and observations with her interviewees!
I’m really excited about this podcast! Being mindful and grounded during motherhood is so difficult and it’s really something that I believe should be talked about more so we can all support each other. I’m grateful that this podcast aims to do that.
