5/5 the premiere official Tom-sanctioned Top Chef podcast. All other Top Chef podcasts are inferior and should gracefully bow out. Pack Your Knives, pack your knives.

  • It’s Top Chef plus comedy—what more could you want

Chefs, I prepared for you: vegan steak fajitas. I sautéed orange and yellow mini bell peppers leftover from a veggie tray ten days ago, plus red onion, cremini mushrooms, garlic, jalapeño, taco seasoning and half a fresh tomato I had in my fridge that I can’t use anymore because I ran out of bread to make sandwiches. I added taco seasoning to all of this. Then I sautéed Beyond steak, mixed with the vegetables, then served on corn tortillas.
