  • Greta & the Grand Maester - A Fantastic Companion Piece

Official podcasts can be a mixed bag but HBO has done it right by going to none other than the hardest-hitting, deepest-diving, Grand Maester of the citadel himself, Emmy Award-winning Jason Concepcion.

He and Greta have great chemistry, the show is informative and funny, and the interviews are always interesting. If you need a deeper dive, just tap on Jason’s picture, but only after you listen to this pod.

  • Mixed feelings

I’ve been a fan of Jason since he was on Binge Mode and I still listen to Mallory on House of R. I enjoy listening to his insight as well as the interviews in the second half of the show. I think it would be cool if Jason hosted solo or if they found a cohost who is equally informed/passionate about the content they are covering. Right now it just falls pretty flat.
