I’m obsessed with Joanna Robinson, I find her to be the best podcaster working today. She’s so thoughtful and I’ve been following her work via the ringer for years, when I began watching GoT for the first time here in 2025 I was curious if Joanna had done a commentary or pod and that’s how I found she and Dave! I love this pod! I’m going per episode I watch and then I listen! Just sending some love to y’all in 2025! Also, Joanna you were right about Jon and Ygritte when you mentioned the season ... more
Thoroughly enjoy this podcast, which enhances my enjoyment of the HOTD show greatly.
I was looking for some nostalgia GOT shows. I really liked how this one started. Unfortunately…it went downhill fast. The male host constantly talks down to the female host. Their politics have seeped into the show which I hate. If I wanted politics I’d listen to a political show.
Just listen to season 1 and 2, that’s about it. #NotEntertaining
I like Dave, Kim and Jessie a lot - I think Jessie was a great addition this year and enjoyed her and Kim’s thoughts and perspectives. Dave did much better this year - I am always good with criticism but in the past it has felt more like hate watching/listening instead of balanced criticism but this year was much more balanced - still honest but respectful and fair. Looking forward to coming back in 2-years!
Great job everyone.
