Next Gen Chef is frustrating and possibly rigged (thanks Uncle Jeffrey!), but it's not unsalvageable. Let's get this whole god forsaken thing over with so we can get to the REAL cooking shows.

I only listened to the last season of GBBO. The show had some funny moments and the premise is great, but it’s cringe to hear how little effort Mike and Ify are putting in compared to Sierra. It feels like a group project where Sierra is the only one who really cares and the guys are slacking on her work.
I thought the episodes without Ify were the best not because he’s not funny, just because he seems incredibly unengaged in this whole pursuit.

Enjoyed
I’ve enjoyed this podcast since day one but can now no longer listen as I feel very unwelcome as a non-POC listener. Baselessly accusing a judge of being racist for not giving a handshake is so wild. I could care less that hosts choose teams based on race or frequently discuss race and politics but this crosses a line that didn’t need to be there.
Podcasts & cooking shows is a brilliant idea, and I really want to love this podcast! I don't care a thing about Ify's sexual take on women & wish the hosts would care less/ talk less about it as well.
As a long time Maximum Fun member and Top Chef fan, I’m thrilled with this new addition to the network. It’s a great recap show, and I love the hosts’ energy, mixing thoughtful takes with irreverent silliness.
