Couch Carrie is one of those people I wish I’d had access too earlier in life. If you are unsure of yourself or your abilities after living in a perfectionist-driven world, this podcast is for you. Couch Carrie has a way of making you think about yourself and your goals from a different angle, and helps you get up and go despite those little human niggling feelings telling you that being an athlete is a zero sum game. Love it!

I have always wanted to be a runner but I couldn’t get past being a “newbie”. I would go on one run, judge myself for being too slow, and not good at it. Eventually, I decided I wasn’t a runner. Listening to Carries podcast gave me the confidence and courage to give it another try and this time with a new perspective. And I’m enjoying it! Slow is a pace and if you run, you’re a runner are my new running mantras. Thank you Carrie!
