  • Very real honest talk about mental health

The podcast feels like dropping in on 2 friends who are totally unpretentious and real about their lives, mental health, family, work, and life. In a world of people trying to project aspirational lives they aren’t really living, this podcast is such a welcome embrace of life in all its messiness and highs and lows.

  • Keeping it real!

Pickles and Vodka podcast is genuine and helps everyday people dive into mental health issues, some surface- some not-so obvious. The host, Christina, is such an excellent podcaster and asks her guests (and followers) fantastic questions that deal with stuff we might otherwise not know or ignore. This is one of the best podcasts out there!
