I actually took notes on things said in this podcast Incase I forget any of it. I want to remember all of it! It makes an insane amount of sense. I can’t wait to get on with being the compassionate person that I naturally am, but this time I will think more about where I finish and others begin so that I am not fatigued and will be able to be even more present for them. There aren’t many people you find that can get this type of strength in truth to the core of what really matters. I love the conversational style of this podcast, it’s classy, it’s inspiring and it’s real. I’m really enjoying what I find my mind thinks about after I’ve listened, and I’m finding myself being more present in moments of my day. Thankyou for creating this and bring on more adventures in perspectives!
I’m so excited about this podcast. There are many groundbreaking ideas explored throughout, so many real examples of how to apply models and frameworks. Whilst society is going deeper into “them vs us”, it’s refreshing to know that there are people who really want to bring it back to community. We all need more training on compassion, empathy, good faith, self awareness and conflict resolution so we can foster real connection. I believe podcast like this have the power to really heal the world.
