Worth checking out just for ep 42 with Bear, what a fascinating dude. Martin has a genuine passion for fitness/health and has a good mix of solo episodes full of advice and one's with guests who focus on topics like sleep, stress and breath control.
I like how Martin has an open minded approach for all sorts of conversations at his podcast. And his knowledge in sciences and psychology creates an engaging and educational atmosphere worthy checking. Definitely recommend.
