This would have been good if the recorder was more aware of what they were doing while they were supposed to be silent while the listener went through the meditation. The frequencies keep stopping and starting. I thought the whole thing ended so many times during this silence except for the rustling around of papers, sipping on drinks, a kid yelled in the background at one point. Really sloppily done. I just listened to the live version of this podcast on talkshoe radio, an Internet talk show provider, and found it informitive, interesting, and engaging. During the show Dr. Kimberly presented information on topics ranging from string theory to political science in a way that presented view points on each subject from many angles. It was very enjoyable to listen to. Very mind expanding, I reccomend it.
