    This podcast has really helped me strengthen my mental health practice. In a time where crazy is the new normal, it’s important not to neglect one of our most important tools.

    The mediation session or episodes are very refreshing and helps me to ground myself when I’m feeling unbalanced or uncertain about whatever.
