  • Oral restrictions

Really informative episode on lip and tongue ties, I appreciated the discussion around the evolution of oral restrictions based on diet, exercise and environmental impacts along with conservative approaches to oral restriction corrections before seeking a dental opinion. I also appreciate the advocacy of gathering a care team made up of an IBCLC, cranial sacral therapist, DDS, etc, Lesha is spot on.
