Thanks for putting spotlights on entrepreneurs and community members who are creating positive changes and momentum in Dayton. I grew up in Dayton but left for college and am part of the Dayton diaspora who love our home town. I was able to buy my grandparents’ former house in Walnut Hills as a rental property and love seeing how Dayton is coming back. Thanks for providing a podcast platform to help people like me keep up with places to support when we visit!
Thank you Chip for shining a light on a new Dayton! The stories from local business owners have been entertaining and also insightful. Keep doing what you’re doing and hopefully we’ll see many more people that call the Dayton area home, as well as out of towners, heading downtown to enjoy all it has to offer!
It can be easy to become jaded towards your hometown. Wherever you find yourself, you eventually become numb to your surroundings. It takes a person like Chip to revitalize our sense of wonder towards what’s right in front of us. He’s taking us on an adventure of recovering lost treasures. Each episode tells a story of humans breathing life and light into a community. Both engaging and inspiring, New Dayton Podcast makes you want to get out, explore and enjoy your downtown.
Chip shines a light on the sometime overlooked Gem City: Dayton Ohio. Learning about local businesses, and the unique nuances of Dayton couldn’t come from a better podcast host. Worth a listen!
