  • Nauseating DEI

You’d think given the name that this podcast would be about REITS or business but no no my friend. most of the 12 minute shows are a nauseating ride on the diversity & equity rollercoaster where you can’t get off and while you wait for the next minute to finally hear something worth while; it’s just the same talking points from the mandatory dept training sessions you have to go to if you want to stay employed.

Have podcasts about real estate not ridiculousness.

  • Terrible Audio Quality

I really wanted to like this show. I’m interested in the topics, but the audio quality is way too distracting to hear what they’re saying.

It sounds like two people are speaking to each other through solo cups tied together with a string.

Please invest in audio equipment from the year 2021.
