  • Nauseating DEI

You’d think given the name that this podcast would be about REITS or business but no no my friend. most of the 12 minute shows are a nauseating ride on the diversity & equity rollercoaster where you can’t get off and while you wait for the next minute to finally hear something worth while; it’s just the same talking points from the mandatory dept training sessions you have to go to if you want to stay employed.

Have podcasts about real estate not ridiculousness.

  • Terrible Audio Quality

I really wanted to like this show. I’m interested in the topics, but the audio quality is way too distracting to hear what they’re saying.

It sounds like two people are speaking to each other through solo cups tied together with a string.

Please invest in audio equipment from the year 2021.

Private credit is now mainstream for many asset classes, including real estate; asset-backed nature of real estate loans provides different risk profiles, and capital is focusing on data centers, logistics, and other infrastructure-adjacent real assets.
PwC’s Tim Bodner Sees Volatility Impacting Pace, Not Direction, of CRE Recovery
Q: What regions show different speeds of recovery, and how is US leadership showing up in terms of liquidity and allocation?
He explains the US is pulling capital toward itself with higher liquidity and transparency, while global investors have adjusted their US allocation; despite tariffs and political noise, the US remains a favored source of liquidity.
PwC’s Tim Bodner Sees Volatility Impacting Pace, Not Direction, of CRE Recovery
Q: Tim, how would you describe the broader mood of the commercial real estate investment environment today? And to what extent would macro volatility impact sentiment?
Tim describes a cautious optimism with the dial creeping up, noting that volatility is influencing the pace of capital re-engagement rather than changing direction, and that markets are reshaping how quickly capital is deployed.
IREI’s Geoffrey Dohrmann Says Investor Capital Remains Cautious, But Curiosity Returning
Q: What opportunities exist for REITs in fundraising today?
Geoff highlights joint ventures as a major opportunity, emphasizing REITs' ability to access private and public capital to arbitrage between markets and grow shareholder value, especially when capital windows shift.
