  • Excellent podcast

I especially appreciate the cross analysis between the cEDH meta and the arena meta. There is so much insight into effective play patterns in cEDH that can be adapted from standard/historic queues, and tested in the brawl queue. Love the inside jokes. Quality entertainment with great insights.

  • Most underrated MTG Podcast still running

I love this podcast! Such an authentic audio gem! I don’t even play CEDH and I’ve listened to every episode since I discovered it 9 months ago. The hosts are knowledgeable and present information in a humorous, deep and engaging style. Plenty of running bits to reward the weekly listeners. I even tried a Dr. Pepper for first time in over a decade last week after listening to some older episodes 😂. 5 stars to that beverage too. Keep up the good work boys! Your dedication is truly appreciated 🙏

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

cEDH 5K Tournament RECAP! w/ UWPqwert!! | MoxStars | MTG Podcast | Episode 155
Q: What stood out about the round two interactions between Tayam and other players?
The round two narrative centered on Tayam's resilience, with multiple long, interaction-heavy turns where opponents forced complex decisions, including a crucial moment with a smothering tithe and a tactical use of a berserker-like draw engine that shaped the outcome.
cEDH 5K Tournament RECAP! w/ UWPqwert!! | MoxStars | MTG Podcast | Episode 155
Q: How did the first round go for you, Rampage?
Rampage described a chaotic opener with a fast start but a tough fight against a deck that leveraged a Nos and Emrakul-type sequence, ultimately losing due to a superior late-game line.
What's KILLING cEDH? w/ Atlas Kulish | MoxStars | MTG Podcast | Episode 130
Q: What is the main problem Atlas sees in the current CDH meta?
The primary issue is the prevalence of flash-enabled, instant-speed play that lets players cast many spells on opponents' turns, creating huge, cluttered stacks and long games that drain time and turn strategy into a draw-centric, grindy experience.
