  • Interesting But Determined to Annoy

The Use of an annoying Soundboard CONSTANTLY makes this unlistenable.

Also theres one guy who relentlessly looks for ways to assess the wokeness of 30 year old movies by modern standards.

I was going to listen to more episodes but they made me want to punch a hole in a wall.

  • Funny show, insightful commentary

This show is super funny, but it is also pretty interesting. I haven’t heard many people try to bring a critical eye to movies like The Blair Witch project, but these guys really get in there and talk about what makes movies work (or not).

  • Crash Course

Straight up, I’m using this podcast as my crash course in movie history. I haven’t seen a lot of the “All-time great” movies but thanks to this podcast I’ll finally know what they are about and be able to talk about them. These guys do a really great job at not only giving good reviews of each movie, but they also know a ton of trivia and fun facts as well. They are able to bring a lot of insight to each episode, all the while being funny and entertaining at the same time! Also shoutout to them ... more

2024 - Oscar Draft
Q: Ryan, how will you recover if she does indeed win again, if she somehow triumphs with this energy?
