  • Awesome real podcasters

Usually most podcasters have a fake persona or do too much to keep their audience. But James and Chelsea have real personality and curiosity. It's refreshing to hear real takes on things so interesting. I hope they keep up the good work!

  • I'm still a fan, but...

I don't like a lot of horror podcasts as a queer POC because they can pivot into the weird dude-bro cringe energy, real fast. This pod has always been a welcome change because of how thoughtful and intentional the research and conversations are. Chelsea handles it all with such consideration and intention. Her research, her takes, the topics/themes she notes and discusses... Always handled with care and respect for the people, lifestyles & experiences she may not be familiar with. • Fun and easy to listen to

The only reason I give it four stars and not five is because I wish the episodes were longer and I wish they went into the plot and dialogue more.
