Great mix of older and current movies. Great set ups and content prior to the spoiler warning heads up and the transitions to deep dive talks
This is easily my favorite podcast. The funny but also very well-structured reviews are simply amazing!! Brian and Ash are both excellent and I love their comments on the movies, and I always learn something listening to this podcast. I actually get anxious to watch the movies so that I can listen to the episode about it. 10/10 recommend it whenever I get a chance.
HMC is my favorite horror podcast. Even though we don’t always agree (I am, for example, a HUGE Terrifier fan), I usually have a blast listening even when I don’t fully agree with their review(s). I love their relaxed and soothing energy combined with their playful banter. If you’re a horror fan, you really should give Brian and Ash a listen (or many, many, many listens like I did after discovering them via their Terrifier 2 episode).
Pretty good but I feel like the host sometimes struggles to carry the conversation or to come up with really good ideas.
They don’t seem to like horror movies, nor watch them very closely to review them. They were very negative and don’t seem to understand horror movies, especially in the 80’s
