  • Puts me to sleep

I wanted to like this but the 20-30 minutes of stat tracking and review regurgitation at the beginning suck all the fun out of the show before it even begins. I've tried to listen to about 6 or so episodes and have actually fallen asleep several times before getting out of that first "segment".

    Not my cup of tea.

  • Thank you.

So here goes…. I’ve ever written a review for a podcast before, but thought this pod was too important for me not too. I found you guys earlier in the year when searching for a review of Dawn Of The Dead, and I’ve been trying to play catch up ever since. A great number of these movies take me back to my childhood( I, like Mike, was born in 1982) and the great memories I have of our two local video stores in my area of England (before we got Blockbuster). I was raised by my grandparents after my ... more

  • Great in theory…poor in execution

I started listening to this podcast from time to time because I would see clips on my social media shorts and reels, so I thought I’d give it a try. I would advise sticking to their short social media posts. The show is bloated with ads that permeate every episode for at least two minutes at a time. Each episode actually starts with 3-4 minutes of ads…so have your skip button ready.

While they sometimes have amusing and creative takes on popular films, there can be a bit too much silliness. Th... more

  • Dusty Slay

One of, if not my favorite comedians Dusty Slay mentioned your podcast randomly on a recent episode of “We’re having a good time.” So glad he did, it’s my favorite new podcast find and as a professional driver I’m crushing 8hrs+ per day catching up. Started from the beginning and I’m already dozens of episodes in. Love it! Keep it up fellas, feels like I’m hanging with my buddies drinking beers and reminiscing about our childhood. Every episode I expect to hear about the epic Pizza Hut buffet ... more
