Great content. Really do enjoy the guys chemistry and how much they remind me of old friends. My issue is with the almost complaining about the time you spend having to watch movies and do research for the pod. Can it really be that hard to watch a movie a few times and take some notes?
Long time subscriber, still love the show but that last Brunch really demands punishment. What did I do to you guys to deserve that?
I’m an avid listener of all sorts of podcasts. Long to short - this is my go-to. Lighthearted. Fun. Relatable. A break from the world. And most importantly - all our favorite movies and nostalgia.
Great Podcast. Throughly enjoy the banter between the hosts. I’m starting late and trying to play catchup. I listen to at least one episode each day at work and they always transport me back to a simpler time. Working at a video store growing up, all the nostalgia comes flying back. Absolutely LOVE this show!
I was brought here like many by seeing a random clip on Facebook Reels - please know this is worth staying for. I’ve been listening through back episodes on my commutes to work and between the laughs/knowledge drops it’s made my drive so much more tolerable - I’m sure it can do the same for you. A little disappointed in the lack of ET and Labyrinth but I’m sure we’ll get there. Thanks for content guys!

A nostalgia-driven show that revisits beloved films from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s through conversational, affection-filled banter. Hosts deconstruct each movie with scene-level detail, behind-the-scenes trivia, and personal memories, while blending humor with thoughtful critique. The format blends long-form movie analysis with light-hearted, anecdotal storytelling, frequently referencing childhood experiences and shared fandom, making it a comforting, community-oriented listen for movie nerds. A standout is the genuine camaraderie and nostalgia-infused research, which often feels like hanging out with a group of friends who vividly remember the same era of cinema.
