Best podcast ever! I love every episode.
I have struggled to make sense of past trauma and relationships with family that leave me in constant distress. This show has provided a way for me to heal and move into a new era of my life filled with peace and joy. Thank you Dr. & Mrs. Popcak!! Countless therapists could heal my broken heart the way your show has. ❤️
I listen to this right after I drop the kids off at school, I bought JP2’s theology of the body and have been slowly reading it as well. Dr Greg and Lisa in the last 3 weeks of listening have changed so much of how I parent, talk to my husband and I’ve struggled with boundaries with family. This is now a go to podcast that I share with others. Now to buy their books!
Worth your time! You will find some practical insight and advice that aligns with acting out of your best self. Take the time to listen to each daily podcast. You and your relationships will be better for it!

Episodes commonly feature practical spiritual strategies, real‑world caller questions, and expert guests—often counselors, clergy, or TOB educators—who provide actionable tools for reducing stress, improving relationships, and fostering healthier families. The tone blends catechetical insight with everyday applicability, frequently promoting related resources and counseling services within a Catholic framework.
