  • A Must Listen Even For Non- Catholics

Do yourself a favor and listen to Dr. Greg and Lisa Popcak! I discovered their podcast in 2016, and have sought out their counsel for various topics: getting one’s needs met, anxiety and depression, and the complicated area of adult children. Very practical advice, if you are not a Christian -come on in the water is just fine. In non-judgmental, helpful dialogue with callers, this husband and wife team lay out solutions to even the most complex dilemmas. They really are on your side. Thank you ... more

  • So healing!

This program has helped me with my relationships more than anything else. I don’t just listen though, I put into practice their advice and it works. It also has given me a different perspective towards people. Relationships are challenging and we aren’t just naturally equipped to navigate on our own. Thank you so much Pocaks for helping me.,

More2Life: April 13, 2026: God Help Me, My Kids Are Driving Me Crazy!

Provide hands-on guidance by teaching gentle touch, physically guiding their hands, and staying in the room to supervise, then slowly release as they imitate the correct behavior, reinforcing the calm, gentle interaction.
More2Life: March 25, 2026: The Road to Emmaus
Q: Where do you start when you feel God is far away in the middle of suffering?

More2Life: April 14, 2026: Everyone’s a Critic
Q: Hi, I had a question about Lisa. You mentioned how your mom was kind of critical, and I feel like sometimes I can kind of fall in that category.
Emma, it's important to recognize the roots of that pattern and to respond with humility and praise for God's gifts, while seeking practical ways to encourage and uplift your daughter without inflating her ego. We suggested prayer, self-reflection, and seeking community resources to support healthier communication.
More2Life: March 31, 2026: Simon of Cyrene…
Q: How can I help someone without taking over and making their problems worse?
Emphasize listening, pray together, and then redirect to practical, small steps that empower the person to act, while keeping boundaries and seeking professional help when needed.
More2Life: April 1, 2026: Spy Wednesday
Q: What is the path to healing after betrayal?
The hosts emphasize a process: seek healing through prayer, counseling, setting clear boundaries, and using marriage as a sacramental path to growth rather than a protective ornament.
