    Okay let me be super honest I am not a podcast listener.. never have been . But I found this podcast one night while I was feeling down .. being a mom is hard ! The episode was called finding yourself I believe .. I just picked a random episode and it absolutely loved it. I went back to the very first one and I have been listening ever since ..
