  • An absolute gem of a podcast! I only jumped in at the beginning of season 2, and even in just 12 episodes I've fallen in love with these characters and the world, from the audio design to the humor, to even the heavier themes, I dont know if there would be anything that could improve this podcast, outside of getting more of it! more

  • A good listen

I have listened to modified roll for a while now and it’s still great. It’s a classic adventure with some little twists and turns, it feels natural, as if one was on the table with them (even though they don’t actually play on a table) Players come and go, develope (from dwarve to skeleton) and change (from Goliath to warforged). I like it. Plus, their recommendations are always worth checking out too.

  • I've hopped on to listen to Season 2 after dropping off Season 1 a while back, and I'm so glad I did! The party is diverse and incredibly interesting, with a variety of characters and backstories that have already started to clash and interact in intriguing ways. The sound design is wonderful, specifically the dulcet tones of the DM; whether he's incredulously trying to wrangle the party after a chaotic suggestion or grimly describing the decor of a torture chamber, he is a great asset.
