This podcast is great for learning about some of the easy ways to make your home operate more sustainably. It’s not all about going solar and composting, there are so many easy things homeowners can do. Madison does a great job sharing those insights and attracting great interview guests to share their insights. Highly recommend to anyone passionate about real estate and/or sustainable living!

Very informative and intelligent conversation about Eco Loans. Madison Hopkins does an excellent job selecting a proficient eco loan professional to share opportunities that many homeowners and first time home buyers may not be aware of. Also love her interview style as she asks great questions and doesn’t cut off her guests. I highly suggest to tune in & subscribe to her podcast! Well worth your time!
