    I actually don’t work in an office job at the moment but since I know the host personally I listened, and I was delighted to hear all kinds of tips that non-office organizations can also use. I volunteer a lot and have run into many of these same issues being discussed, and in volunteer organizations people will just quit if it goes bad. I wish some of my former volunteer manager would listen to this podcast to learn ways of managing frustrations and burnout before they drive people away, and I ... more
