This is a must-listen for anyone who works in management, HR, or anyone who runs/wants to grow a business. Psychology influences so much that happens in the workplace and Ben is an expert in using psychology to maximise business outcomes.
Content is excellent with an Australian workplace focus. Appropriate experts contribute insights in to aspects of design, management and leadership of teams, with higher performance and optimal conditions for performance sustainability being the goal. Information and advice coming from reality not a lab makes this a highly useful resource.
I actually don’t work in an office job at the moment but since I know the host personally I listened, and I was delighted to hear all kinds of tips that non-office organizations can also use. I volunteer a lot and have run into many of these same issues being discussed, and in volunteer organizations people will just quit if it goes bad.
