  • A staple for me

I often feel bogged down in the day-to-day work of being a mid level professional. This podcast helps me bring my head up and be strategic in my observations and in my actions. Nearly every episode is helpful to me — even the ones that I don’t connect with at the beginning. By the end, I see how the content relates to me or to someone in my network. Hearing Muriel walk people through such a thoughtful evaluation — of self and of their environment — is truly something special. Thank you!

  • Episodes are sometimes good while others are boring dumpster fires. About half the guests are not executives and have problems with obvious solutions. There is also too much beating around the bush and repetition of the problem statement.
