  • Lots of conversations resonated well with my struggles

At first I was very skeptical about how helpful this is cause it’s not customized to each person’s problem. But I can always find an episode that address my similar situation.

Now this becomes my fav podcast when I’m hiking/running.

  • Real insights

This is a great podcast! I am now a regular listener, by now I listened probably to more than 10 episodes. Muriel is extremely good at asking the right questions at the right time, and creating an environment so that the real issue is discovered, which often is not, or at least not exactly, the issue as initially stated. Which is the core of the problem normally: have the right diagnosis! Only then can one seriously start to tackle the issue!
