Highly reccomended.
At first I was very skeptical about how helpful this is cause it’s not customized to each person’s problem. But I can always find an episode that address my similar situation.
Now this becomes my fav podcast when I’m hiking/running.

Muriel has been showing up so consistently for years to help leaders take the next step. What a gift to get to hear coaching in real-time as leaders take next steps to learn and grow. Thank you to Muriel and all the guest leaders for your generosity in sharing these conversations with us.
This is a great podcast! I am now a regular listener, by now I listened probably to more than 10 episodes. Muriel is extremely good at asking the right questions at the right time, and creating an environment so that the real issue is discovered, which often is not, or at least not exactly, the issue as initially stated. Which is the core of the problem normally: have the right diagnosis! Only then can one seriously start to tackle the issue!
