I was beyond excited about this podcast - I’m just sad it’s over already
I remember watching Oprah on her first day at AM Chicago, because I was running late for school and my mom was doing my hair in a fast ponytail and the show started. I was 8. When I was 20 while watching an episode I decided to follow my dream and major journalism despite what my family thought I should be doing. I wish you were around for the stage of my life when I’m going through menopause, but I’m glad she was around when I was growing up.❤️
I am long time daytime fan. As soon as saw Irma Phillips name I knew this podcast was for me.
I’m thrilled to have found this podcast but you really didn’t do proper research. Erica’s abortion was undone decades later. Her embryo was implanted into another woman and the child was born. Ashley on Y&R had the first abortion on daytime
Thank you for taking the time to talk about the history of Soaps! I watched as a child with my great-aunts and mother. I am still watching General Hospital and now beyond the gates!
