  • Great advice!

Listening to at least 3-5 episodes of Jessica’s podcast is how I’ve been starting my mornings while at work. Heck, I’ll listen to 10 episodes straight. They are awesome! I could listen to Jarred and Jesser give advice all day and never get sick of it. They are a great couple and amazing golfers too 😃 So many episodes I have said to myself “this advice is exactly what I needed t... more

  • Just what we all need!!

Jesser has been so beneficial for me! She has helped me with eating and her coaching program has really kept me on track! After gaining weight and finding out a low thyroid was to blame... and probably cookies...😜 it was really helpful to have someone cheering me on! Especially after 2020... we all need a good cheerleader And jesser is it! We can’t do it all alone and asking for help is the bravest thing to do sometimes... I’m so glad I did! Thanks jesser!!🥰
