  • Really good and insightful

JFF is fantastic. I absolutely love the information provided. I feel like she gives new insights and understanding to topics that are misrepresented or misunderstood. The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars is because it is heavily through the eyes of women. It’s not a bad thing, but I feel like most episodes are through the eyes of the female perspective. Sometimes episodes, misrepresent how men feel and what we actually want. Sometimes guests will beat that old drum “men just want quantity” whi... more

  • Jennifer is the world best

Dr Jennifer is the world leader for the LDS marital community as we evolve into more celestial intimacy. You don’t have to be LDS to have life changing impact on your intimate relationships. Her purchased courses are top notch and her Room for Two paid podcast is the best money I have ever spent. I can’t support her work enough saving marriages all over the world.

  • Came to blame - left with self-confrontation

I Came to this podcast looking for vindication from perceived grievances in my relationship.

While I did get some validation, I was most happy to leave with a better understanding of what my role has been in my relationship challenges. Now instead of wallowing in contempt I am enabled to make changes.

Spiritual and scientific contexts are both wonderfully applied.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Understanding the Enneagram | Q&A with Ian Morgan Cron
Q: Can the Enneagram be used in a deterministic way, or is there more fluidity to personality types?
Cron explains that while the Enneagram identifies patterns and potential trajectories, people are not reducible to a single type; they can grow beyond their core patterns by embracing virtue, changing stories, and allowing room for development in relationships.
Wired Differently | ADHD in Relationships Q&A
Q: How can neurodivergent and neurotypical partners support each other without falling into codependency?
Couples can share responsibilities based on capacity rather than rigid roles, create flexible structures, set boundaries, and use external systems (calendars, alarms, 'parking lots') to keep commitments without overstepping into parenting or enabling dependence.
Wired Differently | ADHD in Relationships Q&A
Q: What are the typical signs of ADHD and how can you tell if it affects you?
ADHD is characterized by dysregulation of attention, impulsivity, and hyperfocus, with many people experiencing intense interest in multiple things at once rather than a deficit of attention. It often shows up in midlife during life transitions when old coping strategies fail, highlighting the need for education and tools to manage executive function and structure.
Should I Stay or Should I Go? | Q&A with Dr. Jennifer
Q: Let's see. What if I want to stay, but my heart won't follow? I don't feel affection, but I want to.
Dr. Jennifer explains that you shouldn't wait for a feeling to dictate staying; steps toward choosing the relationship can begin by aligning actions with integrity and addressing underlying fears and sexuality issues, often through honest conversations and self-work.
New Year, Same You? | Creating Change That Lasts [Q&A with Dr. Jennifer]
Q: How do we sustain the change?
It is important to revisit what you really desire internally and to ensure that your locus of control is internal rather than external.
