Listening to this podcast made me feel a bit like a fly on the wall in a conversation that I really wanted to be a part of! It’s so validating and reassuring to hear the nuances of coaching conundrums named and explored. I love the curiosity and absence of judgement from Clare and Steve as they discuss the potential sticky wickets of coaching and how supervision can help to support you to find your own unique way forward. I’ve learned so much just from listening, thanks so much to you both!
The conversation between Clare and Steve is really insightful. The exploration of key issues really unpicks some great thinking and allows me to reflect on my practice, learn new ideas and improve my skills as a coach. Well worth a listen!
Really enjoying this podcast Clare and Steve. Can’t tell you how much thinking and reflecting this triggers for me both as I listen to it and afterwards. Thank you for your honesty and insights!

For example, the contrasting ways of the two on preparing what to take to supervision. Clare and Steve are both experienced coaches and have a lot of knowledge to share. Couple this with Clare’s excellent book on Mentor Coaching and you have a... more
