  • Invaluable resource for coaching professional development!

There is no one resource that can comprehensively teach coaching and support coaches in their professional development, especially since so much of what we learn is not taught in a book and is learnt through experience. I greatly appreciate Clare and Steve for authentically sharing their experiences and discussions for growth. This podcast has become a precious resource for my own professional development as a coach. I highly recommend it to fellow coaches!

It’s so validating and reassuring to hear the nuances of coaching conundrums named and explored. I love the curiosity and absence of judgement from Clare and Steve as they discuss the potential sticky wickets of coaching and how supervision can help to support you to find your own unique way forward. I’ve learned so much just from listening, thanks so much to you both!

  • Does what it says on the tin!

‘Supervision’ is such a loaded word and though I understand it comes from therapy type practices, I’m sure it puts off a lot of coaches! But because as coaches we’re working alone with our clients and have to maintain strict confidentiality, it’s really important to be able to discuss our practice as a coach, to keep developing, to be able to learn from others , and most importantly to keep both us and our clients safe. Clare and Steve explain all this very well, and in a relaxed and friendly w... more
