我也曾經是被認為「不會畫畫的人」。
在美術班裡，我的寫實能力並不好，
也經歷過懷疑與挫折。
但很奇怪的是，我沒有因此離開畫畫。
直到後來，我慢慢理解——

而是一種可以承接情緒、讓自己存在的方式。

她曾有七、八年的社工經驗，在高耗能的工作之後選擇暫停，給自己一段時間休息與整理。從一開始的不安與焦慮，到慢慢學會停下來、向內傾聽，她分享了這段過程中如何透過夢境釋放情緒、重新理解自己。
我們也聊到「放下」這件事——不是一次完成，而是在生活中慢慢鬆開那些來自他人的期待與標籤。

浴室，對我來說是一個很特別的空間。
在那裡承載著最真實、最赤裸的狀態，很多脆弱、獨處、徹底卸下，甚至靈感迸發都是在浴室發生，而聊浴室剛好也是療癒室的諧音梗（要台灣人放棄諧音梗已經Taiwan了）
我常常在創作的時候跟朋友聊天，那些對話有時候很好笑，有時候很深刻，有時充滿哲學，所以我想紀錄那些很真實、很直覺說出口的話，畢竟很多時候說完就會忘記，超級可惜
