  • Perfect Podcast for These Times

After finding this podcast I felt compelled to write this review because it’s a true gem. In recent years I have felt a greater duty as a citizen to be informed on the functions of government, courts, legislature, and how these systems came to be. There are obviously lots of books on civics, American History, government, etc but I’ve found them to be long winded, and convoluted and I usually need another book just to understand what I’ve read. • I had high hopes.

I really had high hopes for this podcast, but I’m sorry to say that I agree with the people here who gave it a low-rating. I couldn’t even get pass the first 10 minutes of the first episode. I usually love a good conversational-like podcast, but as the poor reviews said the Valley-Girl speech, their off-track, indirect way of talking and explaining, along with the poor sound quality I found all very distracting. I just wanted them to get on with it already, but soon realized this is how the enti... more

  • Barely touch on subjects

Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. The hosts hardly dive into the subjects at hand and spend nearly the entire hour gossiping and chatting about their own personal lives. That’s fine if I was searching for valley girl gossip podcast, but not so much when your trying to learn more about certain subjects.
