ついつい私たち人間は見返りを求めて行動を取ってしまう。それ自体は何も恥じることではないが、その行動たちが本心だと勘違いし続けると、その行動によって生じる人生は苦しさを伴う。本来の私たちの心にある願いは、見返りを求めないもの。そして人生は結果ではなく、全てが過程であり、愛を軸にその過程に取り組み始めると、本当の内側の平和が育てられる。外側の世界からくる平和ではなく、揺るぎない内側から溢れる平和。
