I have yet to make it to England, but your episode with Eric Lanlard had me sitting at Royal Ascot enjoying afternoon tea! Margaret does a great job guiding guests with the conversation and telling their story!!! Love this podcast!!!
I knew very little about the culinary world until I started to listen to Kitchen Chat with Margaret McSweeney. She has a way of talking to top chefs from around the world as if they have been best friends for years. I love all her interviews, but the ones with culinary greats, Anne Willen and Jacque Pepin are extra special.
Can’t wait to see who she interviews next!
