  • Wonderful, Entertaining, Educational Musical Podcast!!

Being a jazz pianist myself, I am so inspired by all of these interviews that Judy has done with some of the greatest in the business. There are interviews with well known actors and other professional professionals that are inspired by jazz. One of the things that makes this podcast so special is the way she intersperses recordings that pertain to the subject matter and of course recordings by the artist that she is interviewing. Sometimes you get to hear a glimpse of Judy’s amazing piano skill... more

  • Hilary Kole interview

I have been a fan of Judy Carmichael and Jazz Inspired for awhile now but this is the first time I have been compelled to leave a review. I use the term "conversation" because that is how she comes across and it is a most appealing quality. Her conversation with Hilary Kole is a textbook example. I am a fan of both of these remarkably talented and personable ladies and feel pri... more

Judy interviews the best variety of musicians, arrangers, vocalists, composers, and even jazz enthusiasts who work as creatives in other industries. You can find the most fantastic music that you might not have discovered on your own, and hear stories that will blow your mind - some personal, some political, some about historic events that impacted the whole world. Her show simultaneously draws... more
